This information relates to the purposes and methods of processing of said personal data, the extent of their communication and dissemination, their nature and how they are contributed.
This information relates only to this website and not to any other sites which may be accessed by the user via hyperlinks. 2.Purposes of the processing

Processing of personal data is performed exclusively for the purposes listed below.
2.1. Completion of “CONTACT US” form
Users are required to enter their full name, their address and their contact email. These data are required to:
a) Allow the user to receive correct information in response to their queries, also through receipt of material providing information on the products and services supplied by the website
b) Allowing the Data Controller to inform, promote and publicise the products and services supplied by the website, including via email, subject to obtaining prior consent
c) Allowing the Data Controller to disclose the data to Third Parties, in order to inform, promote and publicise the products and services which they supply, including via email, subject to obtaining prior consent

2.2. Compilation of the “WORK WITH US” form

Users are required to enter their full name, their address and their contact email and their CV (via an upload). These data are requested to allow the user to be selected and assessed for the purposes of possible employment by or the provision of professional services to the Data Controller, in accordance with current legislation.

This processing is performed on the basis of the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency in order to protect the confidentiality and the rights of the user.

 

3.Contribution of Data

The contribution of data for the purposes outlined in point 2 is optional. However, failure to provide the (correct) information for items marked as “required” will make it impossible for the user to receive a correct response to their inquiry (point 2.1.a)), to be kept up to date on the products and services supplied by the Data Controller and Third Parties and on marketing initiatives (points 2.1.b) and 2.1.c)), or to be selected and assessed for the purposes of possible employment by the Data Controller (point 2.2.).
Consent to the processing of personal data for one or more of the purposes outlined in point 2 may be revoked at any moment by contacting the Data Processor’s designated Officer using the contact details provided in point 1.

 

4.Types of data processed and cookies

Navigation data
During their normal operation, the IT systems and software procedures which operate this website acquire some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communications protocols. These are data relating to the web traffic, and as such cannot be immediately associated with the user, but via processing or association with data held by third parties could allow the user to be identified (e.g. IP address, the domain name of the computer the user accesses the site with, or other parameters relating to the user’s operating system or IT environment, etc.).

Cookies

5.Data processing methods

Processing of personal data is performed using logic strictly related to the above-indicated purposes, and in such a way as to ensure the security and privacy of the data, by parties specifically nominated as users in charge of the processing and/or Data Processors by the Data Controller.

 

6.Storage

Users’ personal data are kept only for the time necessary to ensure correct performance of the services requested, as offered by the website (described in point 2.1.a) above).
In the case of processing for marketing purposes agreed to by the user (per points 2.1.b) and 2.1.c) above), the personal data are kept in specific databases operated by the Data Controller for a time consistent with the purposes of the processing, and in all cases for no more than 2 years, following which the Data Controller guarantees that they will be automatically deleted, also by any third parties to whom they may have been communicated.

For the purposes of possible employment by the Data Controller (as per point 2.2 above), personal data are stored in specific databases owned by the Data Controller, even if the selection and assessment do not lead to a contract, for a maximum period consistent with the Data Controller’s recruitment needs and in all cases for no more than 3 years.

All information gathered will be stored and kept in secure structures which limit access only to specifically authorised personnel. The services are constantly maintained to check for any security violations and to ensure that all information gathered is safe from intrusion by third parties with the goal of accessing the data in an unauthorised fashion.
The Data Controller complies with all security measures laid out by EU and Italian legislation, and adopts all suitable measures according to criteria currently at the cutting edge in order to ensure and guarantee the privacy of the users’ personal information and minimise, as far as possible, the risks represented by unauthorised access, removal, loss or damage to such user data.

 

7.Comunicazione and Dissemination

Without prejudice to the communications made in execution of legal and contractual obligations, in defence of legal rights and on request of the competent authorities, the data may be communicated to:
• Employees and/or contractors of the Data Controller to whom transfer of the data is necessary or in any case for the purposes of performing the activities requested by the user
• Professionals and/or offices and/or companies for administration and management who may act on behalf of the Data Controller
• Professionals and/or offices and/or companies for marketing promotion who may act on behalf of the Data Controller
• Professionals and/or offices and/or companies for the installation, maintenance, updating and, more generally, the management of the hardware and software owned by the Data Controller or which they require to provide the web services
• Post offices and/or couriers and/or shipping agents assigned to carry and deliver the material which may be requested by users via the website
Subjects receiving such communications shall, in any case, be specifically nominated as users in charge of the processing and/or Data Processors by the Data Controller.
The user data are not subject to dissemination in any way (in other words communication to an undetermined number of other parties).

 

8.Rights of the user

Users are able to exercise a whole series of rights.

First of all, they are able to obtain information from the Data Controller regarding the origin of their personal data and the purposes for which they are processed, to which recipients or categories of recipients their data have been or will be disclosed, and the storage period or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to decide this.

With regard to the personal data contributed, Users have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate data and the completion of incomplete data. They are entitled to the erasure of data not held on the basis of legal and contractual obligations, and to the restriction of processing in specific circumstances. Users are also entitled to receive their personal data from the Data Controller and to send them to another Data Controller without any impediment.

They are entitled to withdraw consent for any purpose for which they have granted it, at any time.

They have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

 

9.Amendments

The Data Controller reserves the right to periodically update this policy without prior warning, but shall in any case ensure that sufficient and equivalent protection of personal data is provided for. In this case, any modifications shall take effect immediately following its publication on the website.
Users are therefore recommended to regularly consult this policy to check for any changes; the date of last modification will be given in any case.*
